The operator must be familiar with this regulation before starting the machine, and operate the blower strictly according to this regulation.
(1) Check the lubricating oil level of the oil tank, which should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil dipstick.
(2) Notify the substation to supply power to the machine.
(3) Check the control cabinet on the machine, there should be no alarm display, if there is an alarm, find out the cause and eliminate it.
(4) Select the "Manual" state. (Touch the "Manual" key with your finger).
(5) Check whether the pressure relief valve is in the open position (the green light is on when the pressure relief valve is opened). Check that the diffuser should be placed at the minimum opening (the minimum green light of the diffuser is on).
After checking the above, after confirming that the fan can be started, press the start button, and the fan enters the start-up procedure:
(1) The auxiliary oil pump is pre-lubricated for one minute (the green light of the auxiliary oil pump is on).
(2) The blower can start running (the green light of the blower is running).
(3) The pressure relief valve is slowly closed (the green light of the pressure relief valve is turned off, and the green light of the pressure relief valve is closed after two minutes).
(4) The auxiliary oil pump stops running (the auxiliary oil pump running green light is off, and the stop red light is on). So far, the blower has been successfully started and can be put into formal operation.
(5) If the blower fails to start as scheduled after pressing the start button, the low oil pressure alarm red light will turn on after one minute, and the entire starting process will stop. After the cause must be identified and resolved, the alarm will be removed and restarted.
After the fan is started, the opening of the diffuser can be slowly adjusted according to the production needs, and the diffuser can be controlled by the "on" and "off" keys to ensure the necessary air volume.
When the fan is running, it is necessary to monitor the fan frequently, pay attention to the current of the fan, the oil temperature, the sound of the vacuum degree of the oil pressure inlet air, the fan, the temperature, and the vibration. Make records on time. If there is any abnormality, find out the cause in time and eliminate it, and report to the production department. If necessary, emergency stop measures can be taken (use with caution).
When a fan is stopped due to production or maintenance, maintenance needs:
(1) Reduce the opening of the diffuser to the minimum (the minimum indicator of the diffuser is green).
(2) Touch the "stop" button of the fan with your finger, and the shutdown procedure starts.
