Operators must be familiar with this procedure before starting the machine and strictly operate the blower according to this procedure.

(1) Check the lubricating oil level of the oil tank, which should be between the upper and lower limits of the dipstick.

(2) Notify the substation to supply power to the local machine.

(3) Check the control cabinet on the machine and there should be no alarm display. If there is an alarm, identify the cause and eliminate it.

(4) Select the 'Manual' state. (Touch the "Manual" button with your fingers).

(5) Check if the pressure relief valve is in the open position (the green light on when the pressure relief valve is open). Check that the diffuser should be set to the minimum opening (the diffuser's minimum green light is on).

After confirming that the fan can be started through the above inspection, press the start button and the fan will enter the start program:

(1) The auxiliary oil pump is pre lubricated for one minute (the auxiliary oil pump operates with a green light on).

(2) The blower can start running (the green light for blower operation is on). 

(3) Slowly close the pressure relief valve (the green light turns off when the pressure relief valve is opened, and after two minutes, the green light turns on when the pressure relief valve is closed).

(4) The auxiliary oil pump stops running (the green light for auxiliary oil pump operation is off, and the stop red light is on). At this point, the blower has been successfully started and can be put into formal operation.

(5) If the blower fails to start as scheduled after pressing the start button, the low oil pressure alarm red light will light up one minute later, and the entire starting process will stop. After identifying and resolving the cause, eliminate the alarm and restart.

After the fan is started, the opening of the diffuser can be slowly adjusted according to production needs. The diffuser can be controlled with the "On" and "Off" buttons to ensure the necessary air volume.

When the fan is running, it is necessary to regularly monitor the fan and pay attention to its current, oil temperature, oil pressure, air intake vacuum, sound, temperature, vibration, and other conditions. Keep records on time, promptly identify and eliminate any abnormalities, and report to the production department. If necessary, emergency shutdown measures can be taken (use with caution).

When a certain fan is stopped due to production, maintenance, or repair needs:

(1) Reduce the diffuser opening to the minimum (the diffuser minimum indicator green light is on).

(2) Touch the "Stop" button of the fan with your fingers to start the shutdown program.
